Developed a strategic brand extension for the luxury leather goods house Pinel et Pinel. The core challenge was to propose new digital developments to improve low international e-commerce traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement. One of our main solutions was the brand extension named Pinel Circle, a luxury subscription service focused on sustainability and craftsmanship, offering eco-friendly cleaning/repair services, exclusive access to new launches, and expert-led masterclasses to boost customer loyalty.
Highlights and Contributions:
Project Victory & Presentation: Our team's proposal was one of the winning submissions, and we had the opportunity to present the strategy at the Pinel et Pinel headquarters to the company's founder, Mr. Pinel.
Digital & UX Design: Created the front-end website prototype for the Pinel Circle service extension. Assisted in planning for the mobile application.
Customer & Market Strategy: Executed in-depth market research and created the relevant user segmentation (STP Process).
Digital Strategy for Growth: Designed specific digital strategies focused on increasing qualified e-commerce traffic and overall brand visibility, ensuring the strategy was multi-channel and aligned with the established budget.
